We save homeowners from foreclosure through lease-back options, equity rescue, and creative finance strategies that stop displacement and protect generational wealth.

We teach everyday people—especially those with limited resources—how to invest in real estate with little to no money, using group economics, creative financing, and strategic partnerships.

Simba wa Ujamaa Membership
Our $10/month membership trains and pays people to lead, promote, and participate in our movement. Members earn through lead scouting, book sales, task work, and workforce opportunities.

We distribute books and tools that decolonize the Black mind, restore cultural memory, and spark practical economic empowerment—starting with The Forgotten Black Megacities.

Reverse Gentrification & Community Reinvestment
We give the community back to the people by:
• Creating jobs for residents
• Supporting cooperative Black-owned businesses
• Purchasing and renovating distressed land and properties
This ensures local control of Redevelopment, keeps Wealth Circulating in the Neighborhood, and stops Outside Displacement—Rebuilding from Within.
